Know when AI assistants recommend you, and when they recommend someone else
AI Monitor asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek and Grok the questions your customers ask, and measures how often your brand appears in the answers, the way SEO tools measure Google rankings.
Access is granted by First SERP. Tell us the brand and the markets, and we set up the first scan with you.
See the channel you cannot see in Analytics
Customers ask assistants before they search. AI Monitor shows whether you are in the answer, in which position and against whom.
Prove that publications turn into citations
Every placement is tracked to the AI answers that cite it. Show the client the before and after in one page.
Rank tracking for a world with fewer clicks
Same questions, same keywords: AI answers next to Google SERP snapshots, plus a check that AI crawlers can actually read your pages.
Five steps from a brand name to the first measured result
Setup takes one session. Then scans run on a schedule and the numbers accumulate.
Brand
The brand, its site and the competitors you want to be measured against.

Pick the geos. A customer persona and a question bank are generated in the market's language; you edit what you like.
auto-generatedScans
Every question is asked to every engine on a schedule. Answers and the sources they cite are stored.

Placements where you are absent, an outreach bot that gets you there, a readability check and a one-page report for the client.
the first resultMeasurement is the start. The rest is getting into the answer.
Placements
The sites engines cite on your topic where you are absent, ranked by how often they are cited. This is the list you go and get published on.
Outreach bot
Finds editorial contacts, writes emails from your brief and runs the conversation. When money or clarifications come up, it stops and waits for a human.
Readability check
Verifies that AI crawlers can read your pages: an unreadable page cannot be cited, however good the content.
Google SERP snapshots
The same questions and keywords in Google, stored next to the AI answers. One place to see where search and assistants agree, and where they do not.
One-page client report
Appearance, Share of Voice, citations and the next steps as PDF or HTML. Made to be forwarded, not explained.
Question bank per market
Questions are written the way a local customer asks them, in the market's language, from a persona you can edit. Mark core questions and add follow-ups.
42 publications in 12 days. A month later, in 15% of the category's answers.
A client in mobility fintech ran a placement campaign on the sites AI Monitor listed as cited on its topic. Within a month, engines were citing 22 of the 42 publications, and the brand appeared in 15% of category answers in its core market.
A comparable brand with no coverage, measured on the same questions, appeared in 1.7%.

What people ask before the first scan
What exactly is measured?
For every question, engine and geo: whether the brand is named in the answer (appearance), where in the answer it appears (position), its share of mentions among the competitors you listed (Share of Voice), whether your own site is cited as a source, refusals and the sentiment of the mention.
Which engines are covered?
ChatGPT (GPT-5.6), Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek and Grok. Starter covers three of them, Growth and Agency all six.
Where do the questions come from?
From a customer persona and your market. The bank is generated in the market's language, then you review it: remove what misses your audience, add your own, mark core questions and follow-ups.
Does the outreach bot send emails on its own?
It finds editorial contacts, writes from your brief and keeps the conversation going. Whenever money or clarifications come up, it pauses and waits for a person to approve. Auto-send is available on the Agency plan; on Growth every email is approved by you.
What does the readability check test?
Whether AI crawlers can fetch and read your pages the way they need to in order to cite them. If a page is blocked or renders empty for a crawler, it cannot appear as a source, no matter how good the content is.
How do I get access?
Access is granted by First SERP. Write to hello@first-serp.com with the brand and the markets you care about; we set up the first project with you and agree on a plan. Annual billing gives two months free.
